I have been a customer since 1989, and I have had all my cars cared for by Japanese Car Care through 2003. I made the mistake and purchased a non-Honda vehicle in 2003. In March 2005, I purchased a Honda Pilot. A large part of my decision making was the servicing of the vehicle by Japanese Car Care. I never got the service when I strayed from Honda, never again!!! Thanks Carlos and Luis for always being there when I needed you.

Carlos Nunez, I am the current owner of a Red Honda Prelude. I took my car in for a major maintenance check about two weeks ago and I must thank you for the courteous customer service I received. I also wish to take this opportunity to thank you for informing me of what was causing my car to shake whenever I would brake. You dont have an idea of what my day started to be today and how it has ended, just because of your wonderful way of being you, and how much you have helped me when a crisis with the two cars comes up (honda 90). You are there to help me always, specially today. I was comeing to your shop via "walking" and just praying for two things one, that I would make it, as you well know I had a stroke a while back and walking long distance is out of the question, but there I was walking and praying when one of your employees saw me and did not hesitate to stop, for a moment I was afraid, but then when he got off the car I said to myself THANK GOD!!!! and immediately I knew this guy I could trust he works for Carlos got in the car in a heartbeat I ran so fast to the car I just could not believe myself of this inknow agility all of a sudden. Well the second thing I was praying was for you to be there because everyone is nice but... not like you and thanks to God you were there to help me out more than you already had by zeroing the bill and for that i am trulyyyyyyyyyyyyyy thankful. I have these past few months nit doing well in the monetary department. but I promise you that little by little I will pay you back, otherwise I will fell bad and will enable me to ever go back for the car repairs.
